Sylvia Worsham is an Author, multi-lingual speaker, and Turning Points Coach who spent many years in corporate. She found she was being guided by belief systems that weren’t conducive to her mental health.
After a 3 day admission to hospital where she was too afraid to fall asleep because she thought she was going to die, she went home with a few different beliefs but wasn’t able to walk away from corporate for a while after that.
Sylvia has suffered some great losses along the way but has been able to shift to living in joy and helps others do the same in her coaching programs.

Sylvia Worsham received three miracles within 72 hours during Easter weekend in 2012. She used this major turning point to trade off her multiple award-winning sales career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, to become the Author, Multi-Lingual Speaker, and Turning Points Coach she is today. Sylvia lives her passion by helping men and women, who find themselves at a crossroads, navigate change with confidence, faith, and joy!
Her mission is to help professional parents become the best version of themselves, trust and act on their inner wisdom, and integrate their personal and professional lives with joy. She does this through her Joy in the Journey Masterminds, Keynote Addresses, One-on-One Coaching, and Conditioning Programs. She resides in Austin, Texas with her amazing husband and two children.
