Dr. Dooley-Chang is a Board Certified Ob/Gyn, Fellowship trained
Urogynecologist, and Certified Life Coach for Physician Women of
Color. Her current initiatives include helping women of color
overcome barriers and prevent the emotional and physical burnout
and isolation that many experience in medicine.
Marsha Caton Ph.D. has a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and has built her career in drug development having worked for some of the largest and most well-known Pharmaceutical Companies in the industry. Her professional interests include highlighting the importance of clinical research in discovering cures for debilitating diseases, particularly for patients with cancer. She is also very passionate about exposing girls to the biomedical sciences at an early age. She co-founded Thrive2G with Dr. Dooley-Chang.
